Kazi Nasher is a highly experienced lawyer who gained expertise in various aspects of immigration, civil litigation, landlord and tenancy and Employment matters in his impressive legal career. He has an extensive track record of representing clients in Courts having appeared before the judges of the First-Tier and Upper Tribunals, County Courts and Magistrate Courts on numerous occasions. He has an impressive record with most of his cases succeeding before UK Tribunals and Courts on various immigration matters involving – Points-Based System, EEA applications, Human Right applications, and asylum applications. Another strong professional suit of Nasher is his experience in Judicial Review matters and Court of Appeal cases representing his clients every step of the way from beginning to end.
